The Program
Social Anxiety, Avoidant Personality Disorder, Agoraphobia, and general Avoidance behavior are distinct issues but share some commonality in treatment. After years of treating people struggling with these disorders and wishing for an intensive program to treat the needs of this community, the founders, Dr. Daniel Katz and Adam Brownstein, decided to design just such a program.
Approach is a six-week intensive outpatient program. We meet three times a week for a total of 10 hours. The programs are specifically designed to address the unique needs of people struggling with these issues.
While individual therapy can be beneficial, group therapy is the gold standard for treating these concerns. That’s why our program places a strong emphasis on group therapy as a core part of the healing process.

Innovative treatment that can help individuals with social anxiety by rapidly reducing fear-based responses and promoting new perspectives on social interactions. By enhancing neuroplasticity and easing avoidance patterns, it can support deeper therapeutic work and long-term healing.
